Castle Natria Raid is the first piece of high-level content that will be available for you in World of Warcraft Shadowlands expansion. It is the gothic castle inspired by Dracula themed places that will become a “home” for raiders for months after its release. The ruler of this creepy fortress is Sire Denathrius, mighty Eternal One that controls the Revendreth realm with his zealous followers.

Not exactly, as we guess. Nathria lore is quite foggy, but players will reveal the secrets of Sire Denathrius very soon. As we know from the Afterlives short, Denathrius is a tyrant that is willing to have more anima for himself and his close servants. Many players speculate about why Sire Denathrius resembles nathrezim so much, and maybe the participation of Kael’Thas in the story will give us more clues.
We know for sure that Denathrius is an ally of the main Shadowlands’ antagonist, the Jailer, and he is responsible for the drought of anima in the whole Revendreth. This realm’s story is full of unpredictable twists, so World of Warcraft 9.0 raid just finishes it off.

Where is Castle Nathria? Well, as we have already told, you can find it in Revendreth, the crimson world of Shadowlands. Castle Nathria raid entrance is situated close to the center of the location. You can see it marked with the bright green clover below. We have also marked the closest flight path, so you did not get lost. It can be found by the Menagerie of the Master. It can be seen that the CN raid location finding is not a big deal. What is inside then?

Castle Nathria WoW is an unusual instant that will be separated into 4 (!) wings. After meeting with Shriekwing, you will have an opportunity to explore Castle Nathria bosses in two directions: the Catacombs or the Royal Quarters. Each of them consists of three bosses, which you should defeat to reach the final enemies of the Castle. We have prepared the table with the boss list for you.

We should note that in LFR, these wings may be called differently, as well as the set of bosses may change a bit: most probably, not Shriekwing, but Sire Denathrius will become the sole enemy in the boss order, and Shriekwing will be gathered together with Sludgefist and Stoneborne Generals. Denathrius may defend himself solo in the raid, but you can kill him with our team’s help! Just order Sire Denathrius Kill service from Leprestore.
CN raid loot will be the best one for months (especially in mythic mode). You can get various gear for your character, and CN ilvl fluctuates between 187 and 233. You may achieve the first one from victories over raid bosses in LFR, while the second one will drop from Generals and Denathrius in mythic. You may want to get these items not only for pragmatic reasons but because of aesthetics. New raid brings impressive images for transmogrification with the top sets for your character. The recommended cloth raid set resembles the Plague Doctor of Medieval ages. With an impressive Leather set, you may feel like Van Helsing, the best mail raid set will turn you into a furious Gargoyle. Cruel knights from the times of crusades will definitely like the greatest plate set.

You should also remember about raid objectives in the Great Vault. This is the new way to get high ilvl items from a raid by completing certain conditions. For example, if you kill at least 3 bosses, you will increase your chances to earn bonus Raid loot in the Great Vault. Killing 7 and then 10 bosses will help you to choose between three items from raid loot. We’re glad to announce that even in this case, we can hold your back.
