Get the Baradin Hold boost and you'll get a guaranteed completion of the Tol Barad raid. Tol Barad is a PvP zone, and Baradin Hold bosses drop powerful PvP items. You can only enter the Hold if your faction controls Tol Barad, so there's an added degree of complexity to it. Fortunately, the Cata Classic BH boost will let you bypass all of that.
