TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEPRESTORE

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Leprestore platform. By using our services, you agree to the rules outlined below. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing an order.

1. Introduction & Company Profile

1.1. About Us and Our Expertise

Leprestore (the “Platform”) is operated by Arcane Software Limited, a technology company registered in England and Wales under company number 13963819, with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR.

Since our establishment in 2013, we have focused on making gaming accessible and affordable. Over the past 13 years, we have successfully served over 20,000 gamers, completing more than 200,000 orders with a satisfaction rate of 99.7%.

1.2. Commitment to Trust and Transparency

This Agreement governs your use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by:

This Agreement is managed and maintained by our internal legal team, overseen by our Data Protection Officer (DPO), Victoria Marshall. For any legal inquiries, you may contact Mrs. Marshall directly at [email protected].

Policy updates — We may amend this Agreement with 30 days’ notice, which will be posted on the Platform and sent to your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

1.4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of England and Wales shall govern this Agreement and any dispute arising from it. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

2. Definitions

Key terms used throughout this Agreement:

Term Definition
User Any individual accessing the Platform, whether registered or not.
Customer A User who purchases Digital Services on the Platform.
Service Provider A User authorized by Leprestore to provide Digital Services on the Platform.
Leprecoins Virtual loyalty points awarded as cashback, redeemable for discounts on future purchases.
Digital Services Virtual goods, in-game currency, accounts, boosting, coaching, or other game-related services sold on the Platform.
Order A Customer’s binding request to purchase Digital Services from a Service Provider.
Account A User’s electronic account for storing funds, order history, and Leprecoins.
Warranty Period The period during which a Customer can report issues with a completed Order and request remediation.
Game Rules All binding terms, conditions, and regulations imposed by a game developer or publisher regarding the use of their game.

3. Our Role as a Platform

Leprestore operates as a technology platform and neutral intermediary, facilitating connections between Customers and Service Providers. We do not directly provide Digital Services; instead, we provide the technical infrastructure, transaction management, customer support, and dispute resolution tools to ensure safe and reliable transactions.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4.2. KYC/AML Compliance

To maintain a secure environment, Leprestore may require identity verification (such as a government-issued ID or proof of address) for high-value transactions or as part of our fraud prevention protocols. Failure to comply may result in account restriction or suspension.

4.3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

5. Transactions & Leprecoins

5.1. Purchases and Order Process

All Orders placed on the Platform are legally binding agreements between the Customer and the Service Provider. Leprestore facilitates payment processing and order fulfillment tracking. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the specific circumstances under which refunds are available.

5.2. Warranty Period

For all completed Orders, a Warranty Period of 7 days applies. During this period, Customers may report any deficiencies in the delivered Digital Services. We will investigate and, if confirmed, require the Service Provider to remedy the issue or issue a commensurate refund.

5.3. Leprecoins Loyalty Program

Feature Details
Cashback Earn 3% cashback on eligible purchases in the form of Leprecoins.
Redemption 10 Leprecoins = $1 USD credit toward future purchases.
Validity Leprecoins expire 12 months after the last Account activity.
Transferability Leprecoins are non-transferable between Accounts.

5.4. Payment Methods and Security

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, local direct banking, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store CVV codes or full card numbers on our servers.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent Leprestore’s payment or security systems;
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks (unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and legal action);
  • Violate any third-party Game Rules or EULAs;
  • Use the Platform for any illegal activity.

6.2. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform or your transactions.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Internal Mediation Process

If a dispute arises between a Customer and a Service Provider, you must submit a detailed report to [email protected] within 21 days of the Order completion. Our dedicated dispute resolution team, led by Senior Mediator Elena Vance, will review all evidence (screenshots, chat logs, order details) and issue a binding decision within 10 business days.

7.2. Escalation to Arbitration

If you are dissatisfied with the internal mediation outcome, you may request binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in London, United Kingdom.

7.3. No Chargebacks

Important — To maintain fair operations, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your payment provider without first exhausting the dispute resolution process outlined above. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending orders or Leprecoins.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Exclusions

Leprestore is not liable for:

  • Account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party game developers due to your violation of their Game Rules;
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform downtime of third-party services);
  • User negligence, such as sharing account credentials or failing to follow our security recommendations.

8.2. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leprestore’s total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the lesser of:

  1. the total fees you have paid to Leprestore in the six months preceding the claim; or
  2. $500 USD.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Our Rights

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, code, and software, is the exclusive property of Arcane Software Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9.2. Your License

By using the Platform, you grant Leprestore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute transaction-related content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

10. Termination

10.1. Grounds for Termination

Leprestore may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:

  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
  • You repeatedly violate any provision of this Agreement;
  • Your Account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months.

10.2. Right to Appeal

If your Account is suspended or terminated, you have the right to appeal the decision. Appeals must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the termination notice. Our appeals committee will review your case and issue a final decision within 10 business days.

10.3. Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All pending Orders may be cancelled without a refund;
  • Any accumulated Leprecoins are forfeited;
  • You remain liable for any outstanding obligations incurred before termination.

11. Partnerships and Endorsements

Leprestore has established partnerships with leading players and gaming guilds/clans across multiple titles. These partnerships are based on mutual trust, verified performance metrics, and adherence to our strict quality standards. While we cannot disclose specific partner identities due to confidentiality agreements, you can be assured that all Service Providers on our Platform are rigorously vetted and continuously monitored for quality and reliability.
