1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Leprestore platform (“Platform”) operated by Arcane Software Limited, registered under 13963819 at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR (“Leprestore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by:
- This Agreement,
- Our Privacy Policy,
- Leprecoins Terms (if applicable), and
- Any other policies referenced herein.
1.3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom
2. DEFINITIONS

| Leprecoins | Virtual loyalty points awarded as cashback, redeemable for discounts on future purchases. |
| Digital Services | Virtual goods, accounts, or game-related services sold on the Platform. |
| Order | A User’s binding request to purchase Digital Services. |
| Account | User’s electronic account for storing funds and Leprecoins. |

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
3.1. Eligibility: Users must be 18+ or have parental consent. Minors indemnify
Leprestore for all liabilities.
3.2. KYC/AML:
- Leprestore may request ID verification (e.g., passport, proof of address) for high-value transactions or fraud prevention.
- Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
3.3. Account Security:
- Users are responsible for maintaining login credentials.
- Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].
4. TRANSACTIONS & LEPRECOINS
4.1. Purchases:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- Prices are displayed in United States Dollars ($) or Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
4.2. Leprecoins:
- Awarded as 3% cashback on eligible purchases.
- Redeemable for discounts (e.g., 100 Leprecoins = $1 credit).
- Non-transferable, expiring after 12 months of inactivity.
4.3. Payment Methods:
- Credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrencies (see full list at checkout).
- We do not store CVV or full card numbers.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Prohibited Conduct:
- Circumventing Leprestore’s payment systems.
- Fraudulent chargebacks (may result in account termination).
- Violating third-party game EULAs.
5.2. Taxes: Users are solely responsible for reporting taxable income from resold Digital Services.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1. Leprestore Arbitration:
- Submit disputes via [email protected] within 21 days of purchase.
- We mediate based on evidence (screenshots, chat logs).
6.2. No Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Leprestore is not liable for:
- Third-party game bans or account suspensions.
- Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., server outages).
- User negligence (e.g., sharing account details).
7.2. Maximum Liability: The lesser of (a) total fees paid in the last 6 months or (b) $500 USD.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All Platform content (logos, text, code) is owned by Leprestore. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8.2. Users grant Leprestore a non-exclusive license to display transaction-related content for operational purposes.
9. TERMINATION
9.1. Leprestore may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Repeated policy violations.
- Inactivity exceeding 24 months.
9.2. Upon termination:
- All Leprecoins are forfeited.
- Pending orders may be canceled without a refund.
10. UPDATES & NOTICES
10.1. We may amend this Agreement with 30 days’ notice (posted on the Platform or emailed).
10.2. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
