BoT Boss Strategy
BoT Bosses Cataclysm
Halfus Wyrmbreaker – Given unnatural power and stamina by Cho’gall, Halfus Wyrmbreaker captures dragons for Twilight’s Hammer’s rituals. He has also enslaved a huge proto-dragon to help him hunt down these winged creatures.
Theralion and Valiona – Valiona and Theralion were magically aged to adulthood to lead a new group of twilight dragons and help destroy life in Azeroth. Instead, they spend their time using their great powers to argue and fight with each other.
Ascendant Council – Twisted into elemental beings by the Twilight’s Hammer cult, the Ascendant Council members have become the most powerful among them. They no longer remember their mortal origins, and, from their dark sanctuary, they choose new candidates for ascension.
Cho’gall – Under Cho’gall’s influence, the orcish Twilight’s Hammer group changed into a deadly cult fixated on the Old Gods and their messenger, Deathwing. Long association with his evil leader severely twisted Cho’gall mentally and physically.
Sinestra – Sinestra, once Deathwing’s main partner, made the first twilight dragons. However, she was destroyed by one of these fearsome creatures. Now, revived by dark magic as a broken shell, Sinestra supervises the birth of more twilight dragon groups.
Great, now that you know who you will need to fight against, let’s move on to the mechanics and strategies of the fight.

Proto-Behemoth: A proto-dragon enslaved by Halfus, attacking foes with fire.

Fireball Barrage: Rapidly fires fireballs, dealing Fire damage to random targets.

BoT Theralion And Valiona
Theralion And Valiona Encounter Mechanics
Theralion’s Ground Abilities
Engulfing Magic: Theralion enhances an enemy spellcaster’s magic, doubling their damage and healing for 20 seconds. However, each time the affected player deals damage or heals, a twilight explosion occurs, damaging all players within 10 yards.
Fabulous Flames: Theralion fires twilight energy at a random enemy’s location. This attack leaves a circle of twilight fire on the ground for 45 seconds, dealing Shadow damage every second to players within 12 yards.
Theralion’s Air Abilities
When Theralion is in the air, he uses these abilities:
Twilight Blast: Theralion shoots twilight flames at random players. When these blasts hit the ground, they explode, causing significant Shadow damage to players within 8 yards.
Dazzling Destruction: As Theralion prepares to land, he creates swirling patterns on the ground. He then strikes these spots with powerful twilight blasts, dealing Shadow damage to players within 12 yards and sending them into the Twilight Realm. If a player already in the Twilight Realm is hit by this attack, they die.
Valiona’s Ground Abilities
While Valiona is on the ground, she uses these abilities:
Blackout: Valiona surrounds a random player with Twilight energy, absorbing the next 75,000 points of healing. When the effect expires or is dispelled, it explodes, causing massive Shadow damage divided among players within 8 yards.
Devouring Flames: Valiona breathes Twilight flames at a random player, dealing heavy Shadow damage every second for 5 seconds. The damage decreases the farther the target is from Valiona.
Valiona’s Air Abilities
When Valiona is in the air, she uses these abilities:
Twilight Meteorite: Valiona targets a random player with a powerful Twilight Meteorite, dealing massive Shadow damage divided among players within 6 yards of the impact point.
Deep Breath: As she prepares to land, Valiona breathes Twilight flames across a third of the room. Players hit by these flames take Shadow damage and are pulled into the Twilight Realm. If a player already in the Twilight Realm is hit, they die.
Twilight Realm
Being hit by Theralion’s Dazzling Destruction or Valiona’s Deep Breath sends players into the Twilight Realm. In this alternate dimension, floating orbs of twilight energy can explode if touched. Portals appear randomly, allowing players to return to the normal plane, but they disappear after a while.
Unstable Twilight: Touching a floating orb in the Twilight Realm causes an explosion, dealing Shadow damage to players within 8 yards, but only affecting those inside the Twilight Realm.
Strategy Tips:
Move away from the boss to handle Blackout and Devouring Flames.
Avoid the line of sight during Devouring Flames to minimize damage.
Group up during the dragon swap to efficiently deal with void zones.
Manage Engulfing Magic and Twilight Meteorite debuffs carefully.
Evade Deep Breath by moving out of its affected area.
On Heroic difficulty, prioritize Twilight Sentry and Twilight Shift DoTs. Have designated players handle them while avoiding excessive stacking of debuffs.
