What is Tarkov Hideout?

EFT Hideout is your personal, well, hideout. You can upgrade it by using different hardware items, pieces of electronics, medical items, other valuables, and money. In the hideout, each player stashes his or her items, crafts new ones, contacts the merchants, and restores health after raids. Is the Hideout Worth Upgrading?
