EFT Boss Kill

Escape from Tarkov is a challenging game, to say the least. Although developers obviously don’t think so, they’ve brought us some Scav bosses to kill, who are even harder to deal with, than most players and regular Scavs. You can either group up with someone to go to the raid together or just buy EFT boss kills from Leprestore.

Who are EFT bosses?

At the moment there are four bosses in Escape from Tarkov: Killa, Reshala (the one who deals with problems — from Russian). Glukhar (capercaillie — from Russian) and Shturman (navigator — from Russian). Each of them has unique weapons and a set of bodyguards (except for the Killa, he has none).

Each of the Scav bosses has unique behavior patterns that are not quite random, so if you try, you can memorize what he is doing on a regular basis. Based on this knowledge, you can kill the respective Scav boss consistently. Although, we don’t recommend you going and trying to kill them on low levels and with mediocre gear. Let’s dive into the details of each boss.

Killa

The one and only boss without bodyguards, which makes him one of the easiest in the game. Although, he is hard to escape. If he makes you his target, you better run. He frequently uses grenades and will hit you with heavy suppressive fire.

At death he may drop AKMS assault rifle, Vityaz-SN SMG or RPK-16 LMG, his light tier 5 armor, and Maska helmet with signature three Adidas stripes. You have also the possibility to loot Blackhawk! Commando chest rig, black version of which can only be looted from Killa.

You also need to kill this boss for two quests. The Jaeger’s quest objectives are: eliminate Killa, bring his helmet to Jaeger. The other one Is a little bit tougher — you also need to kill this boss, although not once, but 100 times. As a reward, you’ll get 100 thousand EFT Roubles and hella stylish Adik Tracksuit Killa wears in the game.

Reshala

He’s probably the first boss you’ll encounter. Reshala spawns at Customs near the gas station or the dorms. Four bodyguards follow him. While he never has armor on and is relatively easy to kill, the bodyguards are aggressive and fill suppress you with fire and grenades. Usually, all of the bodyguards and Reshala himself run in one group, so kill all of them before looting.

Reshala doesn’t have the most useful drops with two AK rifles and a Saiga. On the other hand, his guards drop up to tier 6 armor, level 5 helmets and faceshields, and some of the best chest rigs in the game.

There are no quests with a hundred of Reshala kills, although you’ll have to eliminate him once for Jaeger. Also, killing three of his guards will complete the Huntsman path – Justice quest. Reshala’s golden TT pistol is also needed for trading a 5.11 Tactec plate carrier from level 2 Ragman.

Glukhar

If you are a new player, we’ve got some good news: you will encounter him only on Reserve map. Don’t test your luck, he’s rather hard to kill even with great gear on you. Glukhar and his six guards are amazingly hostile and will attack the player, even if he hadn’t noticed any of them. All of the guards are heavily equipped with sporting assault rifles, shotguns, and SMGs and LMGs.

Glukhar and his gang are great in terms of drops. There are six guards, so chances of getting higher level gear are much better. You can get close to the best armor vests, armor rigs (both armored and not) and helmets. Also, you can get red, blue, green and violet keycards. If you’re lucky enough Glukhar’s drop will include an M1A sniper rifle.

Shturman (aka Kozhaniy)

You can find this Scav boss on the Woods map near the Lumbermill. He has two followers, who are also pretty deadly. Shturman and his guys are all pretty well geared up with high tear armor and automatic weapons. They don’t move a lot, keeping distance and protecting the mill. Although, they don’t wear helmets, so a well-placed headshot will do the deed. If you are not sure you’re accurate enough, try entering close combat as Shturman’s crew is weaker during it.

You should hunt down Shturman if you want to get a sniper rifle. There are several of them, that his followers can drop: SVDS (also obtained from Shturman himself), Vintorez, Mosin and Vepr. While you can also get some of the better armors, another loot is rather mediocre with no helmets whatsoever, so-so rigs, and not a lot of items.

Jaeger will also ask you to eliminate Shturman to progress in his questline.
