How to Get Darkmoon Card: Torment

To get the Darkmoon Card Torment, you need to collect the Darkmoon Nightmares Deck added in Phase 3 of Season of Discovery. You will need to collect the Ace of Nightmares from Dreamscythe and Weaver, Hazzas, and Shade of Eranikus in Sunken Temple. Cards 2 through 8 will drop from 40-60 level Undead and Humanoid enemies in the outside, dungeons, or the Sunken Temple raid.

You can also farm Wild Offerings to buy Shadowtooth bags, which contain random 2-8 cards. Once you have all 8 cards of the deck in your inventory, you can use them to combine and start a quest that will yield you the Trinket.
