Wrath of The Lich King Icecrown Citadel Bosses & Loot
Bosses in 25-player ICC will drop Primordial Saronite, which you can use to craft 264 ilvl gear. Bosses in 25-man ICC will also drop Shadowfrost Shards, which are required to assemble Shadowmourne and complete the quest chain.

During the next raid cooldown period, we will schedule another Ulduar raid run, where you'll get the rest. This will continue until you get all of the items that were guaranteed to you.
If you get two items for the same slot (e.g. Chest, Head, Feet), they will count as one item. That only applies to the items that drop during the raid: if you already have a good item in that slot, a new one will still count towards your guarantee.
Yes. If an item drops to you that is worse than what you already have, it will count towards your guarantee. We will do our best to give you the best possible items, but sometimes the gods of RNG just aren't benevolent.
No, the Tier Set and non-Tier Set items are counted separately. You should get a total of 4 (or more) non-Tier items AND however many Tier Set items you ordered.
