How to get Bloodsail Admiral title in WotLK Classic

To get the Avast Ye, Admiral! and the Bloodsail Admiral's Hat, you must complete a pretty difficult kill quest. To unlock it, reach Friendly reputation with Bloodsail Buccaneers, with which you start at Hostile. You must also reduce your reputation with Booty Bay to Hated. You can achieve both by killing the NPCs associated with Booty Bay.

After you reach the necessary reputation levels, you will get the Avast Ye, Admiral! quest. To complete the quest, you must kill Baron Revilgaz and Fleet Master Seahorn. Once you've killed them both, return for your hat and your Feat of Strength. Congratulations! Now you'll have to repair relations with the Booty Bay and the rest of the Steamwheedle Cartel by killing more pirates. Have fun!
