Heroic Mode Explanation

Trial of the Crusader is the first raid to feature a switchable Heroic difficulty similar to how dungeons work. The Heroic Trial of the Crusader is called the Trial of the Grand Crusader, or ToGC. If you get the HCC raid boost, you'll have a shot at the Argent Crusade Tribute Chest, which will contain powerful items. You can also only earn some rare achievements in this mode: for example, A Tribute to Immortality, which requires you to loot the chest on first try without any deaths in the team. The ToC raid boost service includes the option for Heroic Mode, and can thus become the ToGC raid boost!
