The Time-Lost Proto-Drake will spawn on the same spots as another rare NPC, Vyragosa. The coordinates are: [31, 69]; [51, 70]; [35, 76]; [52, 34]. Most of the time, Vyragosa will spawn on these spots. There is only a small chance that Time-Lost Proto-Drake will spawn instead. Every time either is killed, they won't spawn for at least 6 hours, but possibly longer.
