In WotLK Honor system works a bit different then in Retail wow. You can use a Honor Points to buy PvP rewards from vendor in Capitals: Stormwind City for Alliance char and Orgrimmar for the Horde. All gladiator items with resilience require honor to buy it.

If you can't spend your time on a routine farm - buy a WotLK Honor Boosting Service, and our best Battleground players will farm the currency instead of you.

Is there a Honor Cap in WotLK Classic?

There is a cap on the number of PvP Honor Currency: 75,000 points. You can't get more PvP points once you earn 75k, but you can get around this limit by spending the currency on any PvP items
