WotLK Classic The Obsidian Sanctum Loot Table

Obsidian Sanctum raid contain only one boss, Sartharion the Onyx Guardian and three minor guardian Dragons. There are different item level for 10 and 25 ppl raid size. 10 Player Sartharion drops 200 item level gear, and 213 from hard mode with 3 adds. 25 Ppl raid drops 213 ilvl gear and 226 in hard mode. Also there is a chance to get a unique Dragon Hide Bag 22 slot bag.

Leaving the Drake mobs alive during your fight with Sartharion gives you extra pieces of loot from their own loot table. The items you can get include Leggings of the Honored, Illustration of the Dragon Soul, and Obsidian Greathelm. They are extremely powerful, considered Best in Slot for some specs, so many players run the Obsidian Sanctum raid specifically to get them. Farming the raid week after week hoping to roll these items is a disappointing experience. How to get Black Drake and Twilight Drake in WotLK Classic
