The Final Shape is the next expansion for Destiny 2 based on the continuation of the battles of light and dark. Destiny 2: The Final Shape release date is officially set for June 4, 2024. The next campaign will take place in a new location called the Pale Heart, which is a linear destination that will open up more as the campaign progresses. This place is affected by its visitors, so the journey will begin in a recreation of the Destiny 1 Tower, but will eventually lead to more terrifying areas that are corrupted by the Witness.

New Prismatic Subclass

The Prismatic is a new subclass that has been introduced to Destiny 2 by Bungie. It offers a unique and flexible approach to buildcrafting that has the potential to revolutionize the game. But what exactly does it offer and how does it work?

In simple terms, the Prismatic subclass combines the abilities of all the existing Light and Dark subclasses. This means that players can mix and match aspects, fragments, supers, grenades, melees, and class abilities of a light and dark subclass to create a powerful and unique build. However, not all abilities of light and dark subclasses can be combined. Only certain aspects, fragments, supers, grenades, melees, and class abilities of each subclass will be available for use.

Power Level Changes

Fireteam Power
The Fireteam Power system enables you to enjoy various content with your friends as long as at least one person in your group has a high enough Power level to participate in that content. The person with the highest Power level within the group becomes the Power Leader, and everyone else’s Power level is adjusted to be five levels below the leader’s, if their Power level is not already the same or higher. For example, if your Power level is 1950 and you’re playing with someone with 2000 Power, your Power level will increase to 1995 during the activity.

The Final Shape Power Caps
The Power Cap system alos has been updated. You no longer have to spend a lot of time farming it as the difference between the startingl pl and the Pinnacle Cap has been reduced to just 100 Power, instead of the previous 210. As a result, the Power Bands in The Final Shape will be:

• Power Floor: 1900
• Soft Cap: 1940
• Powerful Cap: 1990
• Hard Cap / Pinnacle Cap: 2000
