How to Get Malfeasance?

To get Malfeasance, you have to complete Exotic mission the Darkness in the Light. This quest starts after winning a Gambit match, where you have a chance to encounter an Ascendant Primeval. You need to defeat this Primeval and it will drop The Seething Heart, which you need to bring to the Drifter in the Tower. The Drifter will then give you several steps to complete, such as killing Taken bosses, completing a special version of The Corrupted strike, depositing motes and winning matches in Gambit, and killing opposing Guardians as an invader or having an ally do it for you. After completing all these steps, you can return to the Drifter and he will reward you with Malfeasance.

How to Get Catalyst for Malfeasance?

Malfeasance also has a catalyst that can enhance its performance by adding +20 range and the Vorpal Weapon perk, which increases damage against bosses while your Super is active. To masterwork your Catalyst you need to kill 500 enemies with Malfeasance.
