How to Get Wicked Implement Exotic

To get Wicked Implement scout rifle you will have to complete Deep Dive encounter called "Whetstone". This is a new seasonal activity involving destroying Taken Blights in the ocean during the dive. Whestone encounter will be launched in week 10 of Season of the Deep which starts on July 25th, 2023.

Wicked Implement has two stasis perks that synergies with any Stasis subclass in Destiny 2. It works well with Stasis builds which focuses on creating stasis crystals.
