Pandemonium Fragments are the new currency in Season 14. They’re what you feed into the Horadric Cube to craft a Mythic Unique, five per craft, and since you’ll want Mythics in most of your slots, you’ll be farming these all season long. The good news is they drop from a few different places, so you’re not stuck grinding one activity. Here’s where they come from and the fastest way to stack them. For the general side of crafting Mythic items for your build, feel free to check our Diablo 4 Season 14 Mythic Unique Crafting Guide.
There’s no single source, but a few are far better than others.
The efficient loop combines it all. Park yourself in a Helltide and clear every Rupture you come across, holding each one open as long as you can stand before you seal it. The bigger Ruptures can summon a Realmwalker, and beating that opens a Deathtoll Chamber, where the Superior Lair Keys drop. You can also reach one from a Nightmare Dungeon with the Rupture affix. Take those keys to the Corrupted Reaper. Between runs, check the rep board in Zarbinzet for more boxes.
There is an advanced Helltide strategy, easily called farming meta, created by the famous streamer Rob. Feel free to check it if you want to min-max your grind!
One thing matters most: push the highest Torment you can clear comfortably, ideally up to Torment 12. The higher you go, the more Fragments you get per run and the better the Mythic quality. It’s also why this becomes a real grind. A full Mythic build wants a serious pile of Fragments due to crafting RNG.
Besides the ultimate helltide grind strategy, you actually can target farm the Pandemonium Fragments by defeating the Corrupted Reaper boss. One kill will 100% give you one fragment, but with additional ranks of warplan (extra chest on the kill), sometimes you can get two of those. In this case, the Corrupted Reaper boss is considered the BEST WAY to farm fragments in the current meta.
You can only run the Corrupted Reaper once you’re in the endgame, which means hitting level 70 and getting onto Torment difficulty. So the first job every season is the climb to max level. If that’s the part you’d rather skip, that’s exactly what a Leveling Boost is for.
And don’t sit on your Fragments. There’s no reason to save them, so craft your one Cube Mythic as soon as you hit the requirements and keep farming the rest as drops. The full how-to get all the mythic items is in our How To Farm Mythic Items Full Guide.
What are Pandemonium Fragments for?
They’re the Season 14 currency for crafting Mythic Uniques in the Horadric Cube, five per craft.
How do I get Pandemonium Fragments?
From a few places: the Corrupted Reaper boss (the best by far), sealing Pandemonium Ruptures, the Reputation Board in Zarbinzet, and Resplendent Caches.
What’s the fastest way to farm them?
Seal Ruptures in Helltides for Fragments and Superior Lair Keys, then spend those keys on the Corrupted Reaper for the big payouts. Push toward the top Torment tiers, up to Torment 12, for the best rates.
Do I have to farm the Corrupted Reaper?
It’s the richest source, and we highly recommend it, but not the only one. You can stack Fragments from Ruptures, the rep board, and caches without it, just more slowly.
