The ARC Raiders Mule Service stored items outside your character’s stash before an Expedition departure and returned them after the reset. This Expedition-related service is currently unavailable while Expeditions are paused.

Expeditions are planned to return in early 2027, but the exact departure date has not been announced. The details below describe the previous storage offer, not confirmed conditions for the next launch.

What the Mule Service Included

The offer was for players who wanted to recover stored equipment and supplies after their Expedition reset.

  • Storage of the items agreed for your order before departure.
  • Return of those items after your character’s Expedition reset.
  • An optional stash upgrade after the reset, selected separately.
Previous order process

How Mule Storage Worked

This describes the previous order process. It is not a booking available during the pause.

Choose storage and checkout You selected the required inventory slots, added any optional stash upgrade and completed checkout.

Arrange the transfer Support assigned a player and arranged the in-game handover with you using your character details.

Hand over the items The assigned player invited you to a group, received the agreed items through an in-raid transfer and held them outside your account during departure.

Receive and check your items After the reset, the player returned the stored items. You needed enough free stash space to receive them and checked the returned items against your order.
Item handling

Storage and Transfer Conditions

The service involved handing items to another player. They were outside your account until the return transfer.

Agreed items Storage covered the items accepted for the order. It did not preserve your character’s levels, learned recipes or other account progress.
Transfer loss compensation The previous offer promised replacement items or their Coin value, at your choice, if the assigned player died and lost your items during transfer. This was a compensation term, not a claim that transfer carried no risk.
Manual service The previous service specified manual gameplay without bots or cheats.
Previous requirements

Stash Space and Item Transfers

  • Items had to be transferable between players and accepted for the storage order.
  • You needed enough free stash space after departure to receive the returned items.
  • The optional stash upgrade and the storage order were separate parts of the offer.

Storage was selected by inventory slots. The former page advertised capacity of up to 280 slots; this is a historical service limit, not a confirmed capacity for the next launch. Slots and individual item quantities are not interchangeable when items stack.

Expedition context

Personal Departure and Future Mule Orders

The reset described here was your optional Expedition departure, not a compulsory wipe for every player. The fifth departure window closed on September 29, 2026. See the Expedition Project page for the pause and previous departure conditions.

The next Mule offer will need to match the game’s item-transfer and reset rules. Its capacity, accepted items, price, compensation terms and handover schedule have not been confirmed for the next Expedition.

Can I use Mule to move my whole account to a new character?
No. The former service stored transferable items. Character levels, learned blueprints and other account unlocks were not items that could be handed over through Mule.

Can I book storage without an Expedition departure?
This page describes storage around an Expedition reset. A separate storage-only service during the pause has not been confirmed, so it is not offered here.
