Why is it strong?
The build uses Power Charges to triple your damage. And unlike many other charge-dependent builds, this requires absolutely no effort to generate them. Your clones generate all the charges to the max literally in a few hits by the Stonefist’s Lochtonial Caress gloves. Extra charges feed into Charge Regulation, giving you more crit and defense. It also stacks Rage and Armor Break.
What about bosses?
Everything here is top-notch as well; the damage against a single target is quite massive, but it requires careful rotation management: Use Rend for +50% lightning damage and use Devour on the Monk Bell, and Pounce onto the boss for Predator’s Mark. Then continue spamming Hollow Form. This simple setup allows you to increase your damage by up to 300%.
