The Violet Eye boost is about Karazhan progression and guaranteed rewards from doing content that massively rewards you. This faction is tied directly to Karazhan, and reputation comes from killing bosses inside the raid rather than farming open-world mobs or dailies. If you plan to raid Karazhan more than a couple of times, finishing this reputation early just makes sense.

The rewards are practical and class-relevant. Honored unlocks Inscription of Endurance, a tank shoulder enchant that is widely used early in TBC, along with Flask of Chromatic Wonder, which appeals to alchemists looking to expand their flask options. At Exalted, you gain access to Enchant Weapon – Greater Agility, a strong enchant for physical DPS that stays relevant well beyond Karazhan. The Violet Eye Reputation Rewards

The Violet Eye is a neutral faction available to both Alliance and Horde, based in Deadwind Pass and focused entirely on Karazhan. Reputation is earned exclusively by killing Karazhan bosses, with higher bosses granting more reputation than early ones. There are no dailies, no turn-ins, and no alternative paths.

The Violet Eye quartermaster is Apprentice Darius, located just outside the Karazhan entrance in Deadwind Pass. He sells all reputation rewards once you reach the required standings. You can also get unique powerful rings from Archmage Leryda at Revered.
