The big one is the Arcanum of Power, a top-tier spell damage head enchant that many caster DPS want early and keep using. Exalted also unlocks Enchant Gloves – Threat, a tank-focused enchant that helps you generate more threat and make sure the mobs stay on you. If you want these, The Sha’tar boost gets you there without living in Netherstorm dungeons.
The Sha’tar Reputation Rewards
The Sha’tar is a neutral faction based in Shattrath City, available to both Alliance and Horde. Most reputation comes from running The Mechanar, The Botanica, and The Arcatraz, and those dungeons keep giving rep all the way to Exalted. You can also gain some Sha’tar rep from Aldor or Scryers turn-ins early on, plus a handful of quests across Outland.
The Sha’tar quartermaster is Almaador, found in Shattrath City at the Terrace of Light, on the central ring near A’dal. Once you reach the rep levels you need, you buy your key and vendor rewards straight from him.
