How Expertise leveling works

Choose your level range Select your current and needed Expertise levels, platform and any extras, then place the order.

Confirm access and schedule Support confirms the account’s starting Expertise and arranges access for Piloted or sessions for Selfplay. The start time is 15 minutes after the details are agreed.

Raise account Expertise We earn Proficiency and farm the materials needed for your Expertise increase. Existing materials are not used.

Check the completed level We finish when the account reaches your selected Expertise level. Upgrading the Grade of individual weapons, armor or skills is a separate task.

Account Expertise is not an item upgrade

Proficiency progress raises your account-wide Expertise level. That level sets the ceiling for Grade upgrades on equipment you are Proficient with. Raising Expertise alone does not apply those upgrades or spend the materials needed to improve a specific weapon, armor piece or skill. This order raises account Expertise only.

Choose how we play

Piloted: our assigned player completes the leveling on your account. Selfplay (Sherpa): you play your account with us during arranged sessions. Use your current Expertise level, not your SHD watch level, for the first slider value.

Completion estimates

Standard estimates use both the current and needed Expertise levels: 1→2 is about 17 hours, 1→5 about 2 days 19 hours, and 1→30 about 21 days 1 hour. These are completion estimates, separate from the 15-minute start time. Selfplay sessions require your availability.

Express and Priority prioritizes your order and reduces the estimated completion time by around 30%.

No. The purchased result is your selected account Expertise level. The service does not promise maximum Proficiency for every item, brand, gear set or skill.

Does this also level my SHD watch?

Expertise and SHD watch levels are separate systems. This order is measured by the account’s Expertise level, not by a guaranteed number of SHD levels.
