How to Get the Steel & Sons ACR
Steel & Sons ACR drops in the Broken Rain Incursion. The weekly chest and repeat boss attempts have different limits.

How Confirm & Execute Works in PvE
Body shots build stacks on one enemy, and a headshot consumes them for amplified damage. Hitting another enemy removes the stacks, so the talent rewards focused fire on one target.

Red Horizon increased base stability, raised the stack cap from three to four, and increased the weak-point bonus from 10% to 30%. Use body shots to build stacks before landing a headshot; switching between enemies discards the stacks you have built.
