The blowpipe is empty and the toxic trident is uncharged. Ammunition, runes and scales are not supplied separately; you can buy them with your 100M GP. The ToB package includes an Abyssal whip and Kraken tentacle, not an assembled Abyssal tentacle.
Fire cape, Barrows gloves, Ava's assembler and other untradeable unlocks are not included. These packages provide gold and equipment, not raid completions.
