The Fractured Archive Requirements
- Active OSRS membership.
- While Guthix Sleeps completed.
- Gear and supplies suitable for your selected Normal or Solo runs, checked before the session.
- For Remote, install Parsec, log into OSRS on your computer and keep the computer on and connected throughout the session.
Deaths inside the raid are unsafe for HCIM and HCGIM accounts: dying costs you your Hardcore status. Ultimate Ironman accounts must reclaim items stored with Pete Kayer before entering.
If you still need While Guthix Sleeps, complete the quest before ordering raid clears.
Before You Book The Fractured Archive
Complete the entry quest or train combat skills before your Archive runs. For a different raid, compare the other OSRS raid services.
Normal, Solo And Remote Access
Normal Or Solo
In Normal, your booster completes the raid with a group. In Solo, the booster completes it alone. Both options are sold as full raid clears, not individual boss kills.
Piloted Or Remote
With Piloted, the booster logs into your account and completes the runs. With Remote, you log into OSRS on your own computer and the booster controls the game through Parsec. Remote does not mean you play the raid yourself.
Express And Stream
Express gives your order priority over Standard. Your start time is agreed in the order chat. Select Stream to watch the runs live at no extra cost.
The Fractured Archive Rewards
The raid can award the items below. Specific items and unique drops are not guaranteed with a set number of clears.
| Reward | What It Does |
|---|---|
| The Obligator | A Crush weapon with damage re-rolls against enemies whose other melee defences are higher. It can hit enemies in a line or switch to faster single-target attacks. |
| Ascension Crossbows | Dual crossbows that fire Ascension bolts, made using Ascension shards. |
| Zorya’s Tome | A two-handed Magic weapon whose special attack enables rapid hits with increased damage and accuracy. |
| Rondache | A shield that reduces incoming Melee, Ranged and Magic damage by 2 and stores the mitigated damage for Shield Bash. |
| Zeal | An upgrade that increases Piety’s Attack and Strength bonuses by 5 percentage points. Its unlock item is tradeable. |
| Elemental Fragments | Untradeable upgrades that add 2 to the base max hit of spells using the corresponding element. |
| Archivist’s Folio | An untradeable teleport item for returning to the archive, charged with Ascension shards. |
| Ascension Shards | A stackable resource used to charge the Archivist’s Folio and The Obligator, and to make Ascension bolts. |
Inside The Fractured Archive
The Fractured Archive is OSRS’s fourth raid, set beneath Lumbridge in Guthix’s archive. Each clear has five boss encounters: the Archive Guardian, three fights chosen from fixed pairs, and the final boss. There are no puzzle rooms.
- Team size: scaling for 2–8 players, with 3–5 recommended. Solo attempts use two-player scaling.
- Wipes: a full-team wipe ends the attempt and returns the group to the lobby.
- Practice Mode: not available yet.
