Last Man Standing Requirements
Your account needs:
- Active OSRS membership for Competitive LMS.
- At least 750 total level and 30 Quest Points, or at least 1500 total level without the Quest Point requirement.
- Account access for Piloted play.
Buying rewards from Justine also requires 48 hours of playtime as a member. Tradeable purchases have an additional win requirement, explained below; earning points and spending them are separate conditions.

Spend the points from your Last Man Standing boost at Justine's Stuff For The Last Shopper Standing in the Ferox Enclave lobby. Subtract the points you already have from the reward's cost: a 75-point rune pouch with 25 points saved needs another 50 points, not a fresh 75-point order.

The service earns the points; it does not automatically purchase these rewards. Orders start at 10 points, even when a reward or your remaining shortfall costs fewer points. A Trouver parchment also needs a separate 500,000 GP payment to Perdu per eligible item protected.
Can You Buy A Rune Pouch Without Winning LMS?
Yes. The untradeable rune pouch costs 75 LMS points and can be bought without a Competitive win once your account meets the shop's playtime requirement. The tradeable rune pouch note also costs 75 points, but buying the note requires at least one Competitive win. The same win restriction applies to other tradeable rewards and the Guthixian icon.
A points order does not include a guaranteed win. If you only want the pouch, choose the untradeable version rather than ordering extra points to solve a win restriction. How Are LMS Points Earned?
Competitive LMS awards points for placement after you have killed at least one opponent. Casual matches award no points. The placement reward and the highest applicable kill bonus determine the game's point total.

The kill bonuses do not stack. A win with five or more kills awards nine points, but a point order does not assume that result every game. For example, 100 LMS points means points earned across matches, not 100 kills or 100 wins.
Victor's capes use a different counter: 1, 10, 50, 100, 500 or 1000 Competitive wins. They are claimed for those milestones rather than bought with LMS points. LMS rating is also separate from the spendable shop balance, so this service does not promise a particular rating or Victor's cape.
Do You Need PvP Gear For Last Man Standing?
LMS provides the match equipment and supplies. Items brought to the lobby are held during the game and returned afterwards; loot found inside the match cannot be taken out as account loot. Death inside LMS does not remove your own equipment, which makes its gear-loss rules different from Wilderness PvP.
The match uses one of three builds: Max/Med, Zerker or 1 Def Pure. Everyone receives the same chosen build. Lobby preferences influence the selection, but do not guarantee a particular build each match; you do not need to train a matching permanent combat build to use that LMS loadout.
LMS points also cannot be spent at the Bounty Hunter Store. For BH imbue scrolls and BH equipment, use the separate Bounty Hunter service.
