What Are Transcendence Dungeons?

Transcendence is a group PvE activity for level 45 characters, with Arcana cards among its main rewards. Deus Research Base and Shattered Arkanis offer separate boss encounters and card pools. Choose a dungeon for the cards you need, then choose a stage your character can enter.

Arcana improves your build alongside weapons, armor, and Daevanion. If your equipment is already useful but you need better card bonuses, Transcendence gives you another way to strengthen your character.

Deus Research Base or Shattered Arkanis?

Choose Deus for Bell or Compass cards, and Shattered Arkanis for Mirror or Parchment cards. Both dungeons can drop Chalice cards.

Farming only Deus will not fill a missing Mirror or Parchment slot. Farming only Arkanis will not supply Bell or Compass cards. If you need cards from both pools, plan runs in both dungeons rather than repeating one dungeon for every slot.

Which Arcana Cards Should You Look For?

The reward pools include Vigor and Magic variants: Bell of Vigor and Bell of Magic, Compass of Vigor and Compass of Magic, and the corresponding Chalice, Mirror, and Parchment cards. The card type tells you which slot it fits; the bonuses determine how useful it is for your build.

Start with a slot that needs a card, then compare replacements for the stats and skills you use. A higher-rarity drop deserves a closer look, but compare its actual bonuses before replacing your current card. When you already have every type, focus your farming on the dungeon that can improve your weakest slot.

How Do Arcana Bonuses Help Your Skills?

Arcana can add skill levels as well as character stats. These bonus levels work alongside Daevanion upgrades and can help a skill reach a Specialization breakpoint. That makes the skill bonuses on a card important when choosing an upgrade.

Compare the skills on a new card with your equipped skills and regular rotation. A card that improves an ability you use often may be a better choice than one with bonuses to abilities you rarely use. The dungeon determines which card types you can farm; it does not let you choose the skill rolls on each drop.

What Rewards Can You Get Besides Arcana?

Boss reward pools also include Kinah, Enhance Stones, Amplify Stone Fragments, Soul Codex, Silentium, Manastones, and Soulstones. You keep the loot earned during your order. The available items and quantities vary between boss rewards and stages.

Arcana appears in several rarities, and repeated runs give you more chances to find a useful card. A clear does not guarantee a particular rarity, stat roll, or a complete card collection. The service completes your purchased runs; the game determines the drops.

Energy Cubes and Odyle Energy

Open the Energy Cube after a boss encounter to claim its rewards. Odyle Energy pays for the cube claim, so defeating the boss and collecting the cube loot are separate actions. Plan your energy around the reward claims you want to make during the runs.

For Arcana farming, have Odyle Energy available before the session. In Selfplay, you control your character and open the cubes. In Piloted or Remote Play, your booster handles the claims for you. Do not treat a dungeon clear by itself as confirmation that its cube rewards were collected.

How Should You Choose a Stage?

Choose a stage that your character can enter and that offers the rewards you want. Item Level is an entry requirement; character level alone is not enough. The dungeon and stage are separate choices: moving to another stage in Deus does not change it into a source of Arkanis-only card types.

For your first cards, prioritize filling useful slots. When you are replacing existing cards, compare the available rarities and reward pool for the stage before committing to repeated runs. A higher stage is worth considering when it offers an upgrade you need, rather than simply because its number is higher.

What Should You Prepare Before the Run?

Prepare a level 45 character, enough Item Level for the selected stage, and Odyle Energy for cube rewards. Leveling and equipment upgrades needed to qualify for entry are separate from the dungeon clear. If your character is below level 45, complete AION 2 Leveling first.

For Selfplay, allow time to join the party and play through the encounters. For Piloted, arrange account access and log out during the session. For Remote Play, log in on your own computer and keep both the device and game running.

Selfplay, Piloted, or Remote Play?

Selfplay: You play your character alongside our team. We handle party organization and help complete the boss fights, so you can take part without recruiting a group yourself.

Piloted: Your assigned booster logs into your account and plays for you. Choose this mode when you want the runs completed while you work, have dinner with friends, or play another game.

Remote Play: You authorize a remote connection to your computer. Your booster controls the character from your device, and you can watch the run on your screen. This mode requires your computer to be available for the session.

Transcendence or Expedition Dungeons?

Choose Transcendence when you want Arcana cards and their stat or skill bonuses. Choose Expedition Dungeons when weapons, armor, or accessories are your main goal. These activities serve different equipment needs, even when both also award currency and materials.

If low Item Level prevents you from entering the stage you want, improve your equipment first. If you can enter but need cards for particular slots, use the dungeon comparison above to choose Deus, Arkanis, or runs in both.
