Level Cooking so you can make your own consumables before Expeditions, PvP, or farming. You can restock with ingredients instead of buying finished food every time.
Want Dragon food without leveling Cooking yourself?
Choose Professional leveling for White Dragon or Dark Dragon recipes. Your crafter handles the repeated crafts while you spend your free time elsewhere.
Only need food for one session?
Buying finished consumables may suit you better. This service develops your character’s Cooking skill for repeated use; each later craft still needs ingredients.
Novice or Professional: Which Cooking Rank Should You Choose?
Novice and Professional each have levels 1–50. Choose the rank your character needs, then set your current and desired levels within that rank. For example, Novice 20–50 finishes your Novice training; it does not include Professional 1–50.
Novice covers basic food, drinks, and their Artisan’s versions. Professional opens White Dragon recipes for Elyos and Dark Dragon recipes for Asmodians. These are Cooking levels, not character levels.
Moving beyond Novice 50
Professional training follows the Cooking rank-up quest. Its test requires Novice Chef’s Seasoning (Bound). One crafting attempt uses 10 Fresh Raw Meat, 6 Fresh Fruit, and 4 Inina for Elyos or 4 Conide for Asmodians.

Professional Cooking gives access to Epic Dragon food and drinks. The boost delivers profession levels and recipe access; the amount of each dish produced depends on the crafts used for leveling.
Which Cooking Buffs Are Useful for Your Character?
Choose food for the stats you need, not just its rarity. Cooking covers both combat stats and recovery:
- Curry Meat Stirfry: increases maximum HP, MP, and Stamina.
- Dragon Chopped Steak: increases maximum HP, MP, and Stamina, plus Defense, Block, and Status Effect Resist.
- Dragon Seafood Pasta: adds Critical Hit, Evasion, and Block, alongside Status Effect Resist and maximum Stamina.
- Dragon Beef Wellington: adds Attack, Defense, and Accuracy, alongside Status Effect Resist and maximum Stamina.
- Herb tea and fruit juice: support natural recovery. Dragon Herb Tea adds HP recovery and Status Effect Resist; Dragon Fruit Juice adds MP recovery and maximum Flight Power. Both also improve natural Stamina recovery.
Steak suits players who want more defensive stats, while Wellington offers Attack and Accuracy. These are temporary consumable effects: leveling Cooking gives you the recipes, and consuming the food applies its buff.
What Materials Does AION 2 Cooking Use?
Cooking combines gathered ingredients, monster drops, and supplies from the Cooking Merchant. Early recipes use meat, fruit, fish, and seasonings such as Salt, Sugar, and Curry Powder. Dragon recipes add Balaur ingredients and Odyle.
For example, one White Dragon’s Beef Wellington attempt uses 1 Soft Balaur Meat, 3 Inina, 3 Kukuru, 5 Ulmus Oil (Bound), and 1 Odyle. These are ingredients for one attempt, not the total materials needed to level the profession.
Your crafter gathers or purchases ingredients and performs the crafts needed for your order. Once leveling is finished, unused materials and the food and drinks left in your inventory are yours.
Piloted Cooking Boost: Requirements and Delivery Time
What do you need before the service?
- An AION 2 account with the character whose Cooking you want leveled.
- For Professional leveling, Novice 50 and the Cooking rank-up quest completed.
- Account access for your assigned crafter, including approval of two-factor authentication when prompted.
Log out while your crafter works. We level Cooking directly on your character and message you when the purchased level is reached. Select Stream if you want to watch the session.
How long does Cooking leveling take?
The estimated start time is 1–2 hours after your character is ready and access is arranged. Estimated completion is about 1 day. Express and Priority is available as an extra.
What if the service stops early?
You keep the Cooking levels and recipes already unlocked on your character.
