One Pet, Specific Pets, or Booster’s Choice?

Pet Unlocks and Levels on Global
Individual pets reach level 3 on Global. Level 0 in the order means you have not unlocked that pet yet. Choose an unlock when you want a new companion, or continue from an owned pet’s current level to improve its possession bonuses.
For example, Klaw needs five souls to unlock and gives the following bonuses as it levels:

These are the totals at each level, not three sets of bonuses to add together. A level 1–2 order finishes at level 2; it does not include the final upgrade to level 3.
Which Pet Bonuses Should You Prioritize?
Pet possession bonuses improve your character without replacing equipment. Different families provide different bonuses, so choose by the stats you need as well as the creature you want to ride.

Higher levels improve the pet’s bonuses and can add another stat. Cogni pets are useful when you want HP and Critical Hit; Fera adds Accuracy and mount movement. Special promotional pets are a separate category, so do not assume a premium pet provides the same stat bonuses as a farmable one.
How Pet Soul Farming Works
Pet souls come from the creatures associated with that pet. Wandering Klaw, for example, supplies Klaw souls. Your player repeats the relevant kills and uses the souls to unlock or upgrade that collection entry.
Some pets come from dungeon enemies rather than ordinary field monsters, so two equally leveled pets can require different farming sessions. This service performs the farm on your character; it is not a trade delivery of a pet or a stack of souls.
Pet Levels, Collection Rewards, and Genus Insight
Pet souls upgrade an individual pet. Soul Crystals are used for Genus Insight, the separate system of family boards such as Cogni and Fera. Leveling pets also contributes Insight experience, but it does not guarantee a particular rolled bonus on a Genus board.
Unlocking more pet species can earn collection rewards. For example, the five-pet and ten-pet milestones each award 100 Soul Crystals. Raising an already owned pet’s level does not add another species to that count.
This order covers pet unlocks and levels. Maxing Genus Insight boards or rerolling them for specific stats is not included. Collection rewards depend on which milestones your character has already claimed and which new pets you unlock.
What You Need Before the Farm
For this service, prepare a level 45 character with the story campaign completed. These are our farming requirements, not the level at which the game first lets you collect pets. If your character needs preparation, see AION 2 Leveling.
Select Elyos or Asmodians to match your character. For a pet you already own, use its current level when ordering. Piloted delivery requires account access and any login approval your assigned player needs; log out while the farm is in progress.
Start Time, Completion, and Extras
The standard start window is 1–2 hours after the details are agreed. This is the wait before farming begins, not the time needed to finish every pet. Completion depends on the pets, their current levels, and how many you order.
Express and Priority gives your order priority in the queue. Stream lets you watch the farming session at no extra charge. Neither option changes the pet’s level cap or guarantees faster soul drops.
