After you use the Scale of Awakening with your Fyr’alath, it will become ilvl 502. You can then use Awakened Crests and Flightstones to upgrade it to ilvl 522 and slay more Awakened bosses!
How to Get Fyr’alath, the Dream Render Axe
To get the Legendary Fyr’alath axe, you first need to get the item itself, which has a very low chance to drop from Fyrakk in the Amirdrassil raid. It can drop from any difficulty, including Normal, but bosses from Heroic or Mythic raids also have a chance to drop Lesser Ember of Fyr’alath, which increase the drop chance of the axe. If you raid consistently, you will eventually get the axe, but with the weekly reset, it might take quite a while.
Once you get the Fyr’alath axe and equip it, you will begin a quest chain that will require crafted materials from Leatherworking, Enchanting, and Inscription professions. Some of the crafting reagents you will need are also pretty expensive, and will cost you thousands of gold coins.
