WoW M+ runs with no traders only give you the loot that drops naturally. As you may be painfully aware, completing dungeons doesn’t drop loot every time. To make gearing faster for you, we offer loot trader extras.

The loot trader system in a Mythic Plus run is simple: specific teammates will have the same armor type as you, and they’ll trade you the gear that drops to them after the dungeon. The more loot traders you get, the more items you can get at the end of the run. Of course, they might not get anything either, but having 3 or 4 rolls instead of 1 is very helpful.

However, having 4 people with the same armor type necessarily restricts the team comp, so the WoW M+ runs become more difficult. Hence, we charge a small fee and don’t offer as many traders for high-difficulty M+ dungeons. If you don’t get the loot trader option, you’ll still get all the loot that the game gives you, plus your Great Vault pick every week.
