OSRS Prospector Kit Boost
$25.99
OSRS Prospector Kit Boost gets you the full four-piece outfit or the helmet, jacket, legs and boots you still need. We farm golden nuggets at Motherlode Mine on your account and exchange them for the selected pieces, so you can use their Mining XP bonuses without mining the pay-dirt yourself. The complete kit gives 2.5% extra Mining XP.
What You Will Get
We farm Motherlode Mine and buy the Prospector pieces selected in your order.
- Full Prospector Kit or your selected helmet, jacket, legs and boots.
- Mining XP and ores collected during the Motherlode Mine farm.
- A free stream of the farming session when you select Stream.
How The Prospector Kit Boost Works
Choose the pieces you need and agree a farming schedule with support.
Account Access And Order Support
This is a Piloted service, so the booster plays on your account during the agreed sessions.
Prospector Kit Requirements
To start the Motherlode Mine farm, your account needs:
- Active OSRS membership.
- At least level 30 Mining; a temporary boost does not meet the mining requirement.
- Account access and a farming schedule agreed with support.
You do not need to unlock the upper level of Motherlode Mine for this order.
Put Your Mining Gear To Use
Train the Mining levels you need or use your helmet for the Falador diary task. These are separate services.
Full Kit Or Custom Pieces?
Choose Full Kit when you need all four pieces. The package costs less than selecting the helmet, jacket, legs and boots individually in Custom Pieces.
Choose Custom Pieces to order only the parts you still need. Each checked box is an item for us to obtain, not an item you already own. If you already have the helmet and jacket, select only Prospector Legs and Prospector Boots.
Prospector Pieces, Nugget Costs And XP Bonuses
Each piece gives its own Mining XP bonus while equipped. All four pieces add up to 2%, with an extra 0.5% set bonus bringing the complete kit to 2.5%. The nugget amounts below are in-game shop costs, not an extra payment for your order.
| Piece | Golden Nuggets | Mining XP Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Prospector Helmet | 40 | 0.4% |
| Prospector Jacket | 60 | 0.8% |
| Prospector Legs | 50 | 0.6% |
| Prospector Boots | 30 | 0.2% |
| Full Set Bonus | — | 0.5% |
| Complete Kit | 180 | 2.5% |
Buying one piece gives only that piece's XP bonus. You do not get the full 2.5% from a partial outfit.
How Golden Nuggets Become Your Kit
Golden nuggets are collected with the ores after pay-dirt is washed. Their random appearance affects how long the farm takes, but you choose the outfit pieces: Prospector Percy sells each one for its listed nugget cost. This is a farm for the selected clothing, not a fixed quantity of pay-dirt.
The Coal Bag, Gem Bag, upper-level access and hopper upgrades are other purchases that use golden nuggets. They are separate from the Prospector Kit and are not included in this order. The kit is also available for Volcanic Mine reward points, but this service uses Motherlode Mine.
The Falador Helmet Task And Sherlock’s Clue
For the hard Falador Diary task, you must enter the Mining Guild wearing a Prospector helmet; the other three pieces are not required. This outfit order supplies the clothing, while completing the diary and meeting its other requirements are separate work.
Sherlock's master clue challenge requires mining runite ore while wearing the Prospector kit. If you have Varrock armour 4, it can replace the Prospector jacket for this clue and for the outfit's full-set Mining XP bonus. Check which pieces you already have before choosing Full Kit or Custom Pieces.
Regular Or Golden Prospector?
Golden Prospector is a recolour of the regular kit, not a stronger Mining XP outfit. Star fragments from Dusuri's Star Shop cost 3,000 stardust per piece, or 12,000 stardust for all four. Regular and golden pieces can be worn together for the set bonus.
This order obtains the regular Prospector pieces. Stardust farming and the golden recolour are not included. The recolour cannot be undone, and golden pieces cannot be sold back to Prospector Percy for a nugget refund.
