While the Twilight Ascension event is live, you first have to complete The Cult Within questline to unlock the quests and rares in the Twilight Highlands. After that, you’re free to complete regular dailies, weeklies, and rare hunts. You stand to gain:

  • 1 Insignia per rare.
  • 10 Insignia per World Quest.
  • 40 Insignia per Weekly Quest (once per week per Warband).
