How Construction Level Affects Your Order
Your starting Construction level determines the highest contract tier you can accept at the beginning of the boost. Higher tiers award more points per contract.

Mahogany Homes also offers Beginner contracts from level 1. Our listed packages start at level 20; level 70 is the threshold for Expert contracts, not a universal requirement to enter the activity.

Where The Construction XP Bonus Applies
Wear all four pieces during Construction training to receive the full 2.5% bonus. It applies to building furniture in your player-owned house and to Construction XP awarded when you finish Mahogany Homes contracts. Individual pieces give smaller bonuses, and wearing the full set adds another 0.5%.
The outfit is useful if you plan to keep training Construction after the farm. It does not grant a fixed number of levels or increase the Construction XP from handing long bones and curved bones to Barlak.
