Diablo 4 Boss Carries at a Glance
Order the named boss kill or number of runs you need. Every Lair Boss carry includes the key required to open the reward Hoard after each selected kill; you do not need to farm or provide it.
Choose the Diablo 4 Boss Service You Need
Start with the result you need: Mephisto’s guaranteed Mythic Hoard reward, one pinnacle clear, both pinnacle clears, keys only, or repeated Lair Boss runs.
What Your Diablo 4 Boss Order Includes
A standard Lair Boss carry includes the selected kill, the correct Hoard key for that run, and the resulting loot. Echo of Lilith is a pinnacle clear without a Hoard key. Random item names, affixes, and rolls remain random unless the product guarantees them.
- The selected boss defeated on the difficulty shown by the product
- The exact number of kills or runs selected at checkout
- The correct Hoard key for every selected Lair Boss run; you do not supply or farm it
- All loot generated by the ordered fights and Hoards; random item names, affixes, and rolls remain random unless explicitly guaranteed
- Selfplay or Piloted delivery when that mode is listed on the selected boss product
- Progress messages and the final completion notice in your private order chat

How We Keep Your Account Safe During the Boss Boost
LepreStore’s internal service records contain 0 confirmed account ban reports attributed to Diablo 4 boss services from the game’s June 2023 launch through September 22, 2026. Here's how we achieve this:
How to Choose a Diablo 4 Boss Carry
What Is a Diablo 4 Boss Carry?
A Diablo 4 boss carry is a paid service for a named boss kill or a selected number of runs. A stronger player handles the encounter while you join on your own character in Selfplay or let one assigned player use your character in Piloted mode. Every Lair Boss carry includes the correct key for each selected Hoard. The category also includes Echo of Lilith, boss bundles, and key-only products.
Choose a Full Carry, Multiple Runs, or Keys Only
LepreStore does not sell a Lair Boss kill without its reward key. Select the order by the service you actually need:
- One Lair Boss run: the standard order includes the boss kill and the correct key for your reward Hoard.
- Multiple Lair Boss runs: select the run count for repeated kills; every ordered run includes its corresponding Hoard key.
- Keys only: select “I Only Need the Key” on a supported boss product or choose Diablo 4 Boss Keys when you can handle the fight and only want to skip key farming.
- Echo of Lilith: this is a pinnacle-boss clear, not a Lair Boss Hoard run, so no Hoard key is used.
- A named item: use the Diablo 4 Unique Items category when you need a product that guarantees the item itself. A boss run guarantees another loot roll, not the named drop.
Every Lair Boss Carry Includes the Hoard Key
In Diablo 4, the fight itself does not consume a key; each player spends the correct key to open a personal Hoard after the kill. LepreStore’s standard Lair Boss carry bundles these two parts: we complete the selected kill and provide the key for that run. You do not need to bring your own key. The “I Only Need the Key” option removes the carry and leaves the key-only service.
Echo of Mephisto uses a Crux of the False Prophet instead of a standard Lair or Greater Lair key. One Crux opens one Hoard after the boss dies, and the current Echo of Mephisto service provides one Crux for every ordered Hoard.
Guaranteed Kill Does Not Mean Guaranteed Random Loot
A boss service guarantees the selected kill or number of completed runs. It does not guarantee a particular Unique or Mythic Unique, Greater Affixes, or stat rolls unless the product names that exact result. Repeated runs buy more loot rolls; they do not change a random result into a fixed one.
Season 15 has one important exception: Echo of Mephisto’s Hoard now includes a guaranteed Mythic drop. The Mythic item, its affixes, and its rolls are still random. Blizzard also states that Mythics from Initiate and Greater Lair Bosses follow each boss’s Unique pool, while additional generic loot can still fall outside that pool.
Which Diablo 4 Boss Should You Choose?
- Echo of Mephisto: choose the Mephisto carry for the current guaranteed Mythic Hoard reward. The character needs Lord of Hatred access and the Torment XII encounter unlocked.
- Echo of Lilith: choose the Lilith carry for the pinnacle clear, listed title and mount, and eligible seasonal first-kill rewards. Lilith is not a repeatable Lair Boss Hoard farm.
- Mephisto and Lilith: use the pinnacle boss bundle when you need both kills in one order.
- Belial: choose the Belial carry for the Exalted Lair Boss encounter and its Hoard.
- Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger of Hatred, and the Butcher: choose these Greater Lair Bosses for their listed pools and repeated Hoard runs.
- Varshan, Grigoire, Lord Zir, Beast in the Ice, and Urivar: choose these Initiate Lair Bosses for their listed pools or when you also need progression toward Greater Lair keys.
Requirements Before You Order
- Difficulty: the current Mephisto, Lilith, Belial, Duriel, Andariel, and standard Lair Boss products run on Torment XII. If your character has not unlocked it, add the Torment XII unlock where the product offers that option or order the unlock first.
- Campaign: complete the base Diablo 4 campaign before the scheduled run; the current listed boss products use campaign completion as an entry requirement.
- Realm and mode: select the receiving character’s exact pool: Seasonal or Eternal, then Softcore or Hardcore.
- Solo Self Found: do not order party-based Selfplay for an SSF character. SSF characters cannot join a carry group or receive traded keys.
- Expansion access: Urivar and Harbinger of Hatred require Vessel of Hatred. Echo of Mephisto requires Lord of Hatred.
- Selfplay: remain online, enter the sold difficulty, and accept the party invite. Piloted delivery instead requires login access and any authentication approval.
Selfplay or Piloted Boss Carry?
Choose Selfplay when you can be online and want to keep your login credentials private. You stay on your character, join the assigned player, and receive your own drops and Hoard. Choose Piloted when you want one assigned player to complete the selected fights on your character. Piloted delivery requires account access and carries the policy risk stated in the safety block.
What Changes the Price and Completion Time?
The configured price changes with the boss, number of kills, Selfplay or Piloted mode, Softcore or Hardcore, and whether you order the full carry or select “I Only Need the Key.” The ETA changes with the run count, the encounter’s phases, the selected delivery mode. We guarantee one Mephisto kill on Torment XII in 5 minutes or less, and the lower-tier bosses take us around 3 minutes per run.
