How to Summon Astaroth
To trigger the Escalating Nightmares fight against Astaroth, you need to be on at least Torment 1 difficulty. Pop an Escalation Sigil, which you can get from Horadric Strongrooms or seasonal reputation rewards, to start a chain of three Nightmare Dungeons. Affixes will stack with each dungeon, making them progressively harder. Clear all three, and a portal opens to Exalted Astaroth’s Lair for the final showdown.
