Starter Bundle Delivery Details
What Is Guaranteed and What Depends on RNG
- “Not included” means that item category is not guaranteed; any incidental drops earned during the service remain on your account.
- “At least” states the minimum we deliver. You may receive more if it drops.
- “Random” means the category is included, but the exact item or upgraded stat is not guaranteed.
- Exact Affix, Tempering, and Masterworking rolls depend on RNG unless the table names an agreed minimum or target.
- Torment and Pit rows describe expected build capability; they do not unlock a difficulty or guarantee every clear.
Starter Bundle Timing
- Expected start after the order details are confirmed: 60–120 minutes.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 days.
- A required RNG drop may extend delivery slightly; support will update you if it affects the ETA.
The estimate includes time to verify the final setup and correct any missing guaranteed component before the order is marked complete.
What Counts as a Completed Starter Bundle
We complete the order after the player reaches every guaranteed value in the table, equips the delivered Gear, applies the Aspects, sets the Skills and Paragon Board, levels the required Glyphs, and sockets the listed Gems and Runewords for the confirmed build.
If a guaranteed component is still missing, the order remains in progress. If you stop the order early, your character keeps all levels, items, and upgrades earned up to that point.
What We May Use or Change on Your Account
The assigned player may equip or replace Gear, respec Skills and Paragon, configure the selected class mechanic, upgrade Glyphs, and use the Gold and Materials required for the confirmed build. Tell support which inventory items must remain untouched before login.
We cannot guarantee unspecified loot, Material, or currency reserves because some Gear may need to be salvaged or rerolled during the build.
How We Handle Balance Changes
Before work starts, support confirms the exact Season 15 build version we will follow. If a balance patch changes the build before login, we confirm the replacement setup with you. Once work has started, we do not switch builds without your approval.
