Partners In Crime Boost Methods
Partners in Crime boost can be completed in one of two ways, depending on whether you’re willing to hand over your account to our players or prefer to use remote control software.
Piloted – A professional booster will log into your account to complete the service requirements while you’re off doing your own thing.
Remote Self-play – Wanna split the difference? Get the Remote Self-play boost and we’ll control your character on your machine via remote desktop software. It doesn’t require you to share your account, but we’ll still do all the work.

Partners In Crime Boost Requirements
The requirements for obtaining the Partners in Crime are minimal.
- Active World of Warcraft subscription or Game Time.
- Level 60 character.
- If you choose Piloted mode, we recommend you don’t log in before your boost is done.
Partners In Crime Boost Overview
Partners in Crime connects an early dungeon reward with a level-60 ring. First Mate Band requires level 17, while Band of the Better Half requires level 60. The set is intended for characters who benefit from Strength and make melee attacks.
Keep First Mate Band if you plan to complete the pair later, even after replacing it with another leveling ring. To activate the set bonuses, you must equip both pieces, using both ring slots. Compare the complete pair with your other rings rather than judging First Mate Band’s individual stats alone. First Mate Band and Band of the Better Half show the separate equipment requirements.
How To Get Partners In Crime
The two rings have different acquisition requirements:
- First Mate Band: defeat Mr. Smite in The Deadmines and loot the ring. Repeat the encounter if it does not drop.
- Band of the Better Half: its acquisition source has not yet been confirmed in the available Forever beta information.
You can collect the first ring while leveling, but that alone does not activate either set bonus. A complete farming guide requires a confirmed source for the second piece; the current beta report identifies only the first ring’s drop location.
