The requirements for completing the service are simple — if you’re an active WoW Forever player, you should automatically meet them.

WoW Forever Fishing Catches, Tools, and Unlocks
Fishing requires an equipped Fishing Pole and supplies fish for Cooking and other crafts. Some catches have more than one use: Raw Brilliant Smallfish is both a Cooking ingredient and a reagent for the Fish Bowl Camping recipe.
The current Beta Camping 101: Fishing quest requires skill 20 and teaches Fish Bowl. Its recipe also needs an Empty Vial, so reserve some raw fish before cooking your entire catch.
Why Fishing Skill Alone Does Not Unlock Every Catch
Forever adds temporary Camping benefits for special catches. A Fishing Rack grants the ability to catch uncommon fish for one hour. A Fishing Hut grants the ability to catch rare fish for one hour. Both also provide Fishing skill lures.
The items require Fishing 140 and 300 respectively to place, but reaching those skill values does not automatically activate their benefits. If you want these special catches, arrange access to the relevant campsite object and its temporary benefit before you start fishing. Access to the catch type does not guarantee a particular fish on every cast.
