We send the gold to the character name confirmed for your order. Choose Mail when you prefer to collect the delivery from your mailbox rather than arrange a direct meeting. A mail transfer can have an in-game processing delay.
Face-To-Face
Meet the courier at the agreed location while logged into the receiving character. Check the amount in the trade window before accepting. This method suits players who can be online for the handover.
Auction House
List the agreed item at the buyout price confirmed in the order chat, then send us the listing details. The supplier purchases that listing, and you collect the proceeds through the in-game mail system.
Auction fees affect the gold you receive. Confirm both the listing price and expected proceeds before posting; the auction purchase and the arrival of its proceeds are separate steps.
Receive Items Instead Of Gold
Choose this alternative when you want an agreed item delivery rather than raw currency.
The option adds 5% to the service price and changes what is delivered. We confirm the items and quantities with you before delivery begins. The selected gold amount sets the budget for the item order; the item list depends on current prices and availability.
If your goal is a particular piece of gear or a material list, send the names and quantities first so we can confirm that the item option fits. The agreement specifies the items you will receive, rather than leaving you to guess what the selected budget covers.
Choose ordinary gold delivery if you want to make your own purchases or pay NPC costs such as training and repairs. Item delivery does not put the selected amount of spendable gold into your character’s balance.

- Auction House: access to the relevant Auction House, a suitable item to list and enough gold for any required listing deposit.

Buying gold does not complete a quest, raise your character level or teach a profession. You still need to meet the relevant in-game requirements for the purchase you plan to make.

For an Auction House shopping list, check the current unit price and multiply it by the quantity you need. Count each material separately and allow for price changes between planning and buying.
Compare that budget with your existing gold before ordering. Currency delivery gives you the freedom to choose listings yourself; the item alternative is for a purchase list agreed in advance. If you need us to complete a dungeon, raid or profession level, choose the corresponding boost rather than a gold delivery.
Match The Order To The Right Character
EU and US are separate region selections. PvP, PvE and Roleplay identify the ruleset for your order, while Alliance or Horde identifies the receiving character’s faction. Use the same combination as your character rather than choosing another combination because its price is lower.
