Annihilus Stats and Charm Slots
Annihilus is a Unique Horadric Seal for the central slot of your Talisman. It replaces your current Seal and opens six slots for Charms. The Charms themselves are separate items.

The ranges describe possible item rolls, not a promise of maximum values. The base order includes one Seal; it does not include Charms, reroll materials, or a chosen pair of Seal Powers.
Check the Two Seal Powers Before You Reroll
Each copy has two additional powers associated with class sets. Read the full effects, not just the green set names. A bonus to a skill or form you never use adds little to your build, even on a Seal with high All Skills.
Affix Value Reroll can change the numerical values, but it does not replace these powers with different effects. Horadric Reroll also preserves the Seal’s set powers. If you have several copies, compare their effects before choosing which one to improve.
Is Annihilus Better Than Your Current Seal?
Annihilus suits builds that benefit from extra skill ranks and do not rely on a different Seal’s special power. Compare what you lose as well as what you gain.

The XP roll can help with Paragon leveling, but losing an important set bonus may slow your clears. Test both Seals in the same activity and difficulty instead of judging the upgrade by All Skills alone.
Annihilus and Hellfire Torch: Can You Use Both?
Yes. Annihilus occupies the Seal slot, while Hellfire Torch is a Mythic Charm that goes into a Charm slot. Equipping Annihilus does not use the slot needed for the Torch.

Where Does Annihilus Drop?
Annihilus drops from Echo of Uber Diablo, an encounter that can appear after a World Boss dies. The message “Diablo walks the Earth” announces his arrival. This is a different encounter from the Prime Evil Council in Echo of Tristram.
Uber Diablo does not appear after every World Boss. The exact trigger is not established, so a fixed number of World Boss kills cannot guarantee a spawn. Buying the tradable Seal removes that wait; you do not need to summon or defeat the boss yourself.

How to Reroll Annihilus After Delivery
Use Affix Value Reroll in the Horadric Cube to reroll values within their ranges. It can improve All Skills and the other numerical bonuses, including the values on the two Seal Powers, but a better roll is not guaranteed.
Rerolling makes Annihilus Account Bound. Complete any trade before using the recipe. A lower initial All Skills roll can be improved later, but rerolling will not turn an unwanted Seal Power into the effect your build needs.
What Do You Need to Equip Annihilus?
You need level 70 and the Lord of Hatred expansion to equip Annihilus in your Talisman. These are equipment requirements, separate from the trade itself.
For delivery, be online on the character receiving the item and have room in your inventory. You control your character during the trade. A trade-based order is not suitable for Solo Self-Found characters.
