How Mythic Unique Items Work in Diablo 4

Season 14 redefines Uniques: “Mythic” is now a quality mod you apply to any Unique. It boosts the power by +30%, maxes all affixes, and makes it Ancestral. All Uniques now drop with 2 guaranteed affixes. To craft a Mythic, feed 1 Ancestral Unique + 5 Pandemonium Fragments into the Horadric Cube to get a Mythic version of the same slot. You can also find them as rare drops, via Season Rank rewards, or from the Corrupted Reaper boss. You can equip only 1 crafted Mythic, but no limit on dropped ones. However, you can now Enchant Uniques and Mythics, and any affixes you add via Enchanting/Transfiguration/Tempering always roll at maximum value. The items formerly known as Mythic Uniques are called Iconic Uniques now (such as Doombringer or Harlequin Crest).
