Bahamut Prime — Trio Mechanics
Bahamut Prime tests party synergy with Quickmarch, Blackfire, Fellruin, Heavensfall, Tenstrike, and Grand Octet. The hardest part is consistent trio execution because one missed tower, tether, or dive bait usually wipes the party.
Twintania and Nael — Adds Phase
The adds phase combines earlier mechanics while both bosses are active. The key challenge is killing Twintania and Nael close together while still resolving Twisters, Hatches, quotes, and Megaflare. It’s like a dance and the conclusion of everything we learned in the previous phases, but with a bit of spice added.
Golden Bahamut — Exaflares and Mitigation
Golden Bahamut is mechanically simpler, and like in all other Ultimates, the final phase is mostly a finishing phase with a glimpse of celebration before your clear. However, it can still punish and wipe the party if you don’t manage your mitigations. The clear usually depends on clean Exaflare dodge while surviving the Akh Morn and Morn Afah, and keeping Phoenix’s Blessing active until the end.
